In addition to thanked Zeynep Koç, the Leader of the Hopes Overcome the Obstacles project, Ministries of Health, Cultur, Tourism, Youth, and Sports, Turkiye Football Federation, UEFA andvolunteers, Yurtseven also explained the efforts they have done in the earthquake region as a foundation.

We had been in the region since the first day. But children, particularly those who have loss of limb, had very difficult times. We departed to help these kids. As AID, we have a great orthotic-prosthesis experience and technological opportunities. We revealed this accumulation and started to help our children.''
AID Prosthesis Projects Manager and Head of the Physically Disabled Foundation, Biomedical Specialist Prof. Dr. Yasar Tatar explained the details of the free prosthesis project.
Tatar stated that they support kids psychologically, adding that ''Difficulties are overcome together. We work with this belief, and support children and their families. They won't forget these two days spent in Istanbul for the rest of their lives. Now, they feel stronger and happier. They realized that they were not alone once again. The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, which was established with the cooperation of the Ministry of Health and the International Association of Doctors (AID), serves as a Psychiatry and Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation polyclinic.
Director General of Health Services, Assoc. Dr. Eray Çınar, Hatay Provincial Health Director Dr. Tunga Barçın, Hatay City Hospital Chief Physician Assoc. Dr. Sıtkı Sönmez, Vice President of AID Prof. Dr. Murat Elevli, and the head of Al-Dana volunteer group Manal Al-Musellim attended the opening of the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, which was established with the support of Kuwait International Charitable Organization and Al-Dana Volunteer Group.
There are two Electro Therapy Services, one Rehabilitation Service, two inpatient treatment departments, a restaurant, a warehouse, and personal care-hygiene departments at Hatay Field Hospital Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, which employs two doctors and four physical therapy and rehabilitation specialists.

At the event held in Kuwait, the Alliance of International Doctors (AID) informed the participants about their project which runs in various world geographies. The presentations focused on the search and rescue effects in the Maraş earthquakes affected districts, field hospitals, and the orthotic-prosthesis project planned for earthquake victims.
The Alliance of International Doctors Association representatives who explained their work in various world geographies to humanitarian relief organizations in Kuwait, such as orthotics and prosthetic projects, cataract surgeries, emergency and medical first aid, were welcomed with great interest.
Tuba Nur SÖNMEZ, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kuwait, who made the opening speech of the event, said, "I would like to thank the Kuwaiti organizations that continue their work in the regions affected by the Maraş earthquake. We have seen once again that international cooperation in humanitarian relief strengthens the impact on the field. I wish the works of non-governmental organizations in Kuwait and the Alliance of International Doctors Foundation to continue successfully."
Dr. Mevlit YURTSEVEN, the president of AID, who made a presentation on behalf of the Alliance of International Doctors Foundation, ended up his speech with these words, '' The collaborative culture that develops every year improves our possibilities to produce more effective solutions, and as a result of it, we are proud to be able to reach more people. We are on the field with all of our shareholders to provide the most accurate treatment and support to those affected by the Maraş earthquakes. Thank you for your support. Our centers will be able to provide both medical aid to thousands of earthquake victims and produce the orthotics and prosthetics they need by using advanced technologies.''
The representatives of the Alliance of International Doctors Foundation (AID) presented their work for 5 years within the scope of the orthosis-prosthesis project, which continues with Zakat House funds, with a short documentary film during their presentation at the event. They shared details about the orthotic-prosthetic project that will be carried out for people affected by the Maraş earthquakes.
Dr. Majed Sulaiman ALAZMİ, the Acting General Manager of Zakat House said '' In 2016, we launched a campaign to establish a center that will produce orthotics-prosthetics for people who have loss of limb due to the war. This project, which we carried out together with the Alliance of International Doctors Foundation, gave hope to thousands of people.'' And promised to contribute $1 million to the project.
On behalf of the Secretary General of the Kuwait General Directorate of Foundations, Marub Yakub AL-YAKUB, the General Manager of Charity Funds, informed the participants about the working principles of their organization and said, "As the Directorate of Foundations, we continue to support the medical center in Istanbul. Throughout this process, we will continue to work to provide that more people have access to medical care and may benefit from advanced technology orthotics-prosthetic applications.''
Dr. Abdullah MATUK, the president of the International Charitable Organization said '' With their impact on the field and sustainable medicine projects, established medical centers make a significant contribution to the region. Following the earthquake, we launched an emergency appeal to enable benefactors to support their fellows in Turkey and Syria. In the aftermath of this huge disaster, our efforts to be in full solidarity for the locals surpassed 1 million 295 thousand people.''
At the event, which was held with the top participation, one of Kuwait's leading non-governmental organizations, the Kuwait Medical Association, Qawafel Relief and Development Foundation, Rahme Al-Alemiyye Charity, Nama Al-Hayriye Charity, Kuwait Red Crescent, Sheikh Abdullah Nouri Charity, Zakat House Foundation and International Humanitarian Relief Foundation informed the representatives of Ata Group, Şifa Group, Kuwaiti Women's Group, Liecliha Group, El-Dana Group, Terahum Group, Maha Group, Auspicious Women Group, and Sinaum Al-Khayr about the Mobile Prosthesis Center, which will serve as a mobile, as well as the Orthotics and Prosthesis centers to be established in Hatay and Kahramanmaraş.
Following the event, bilateral negotiations were held between the institutions and thoughts were exchanged on the projects and potential collaborations that Kuwait Public Institutions and Humanitarian Relief Foundations will carry out together with the Alliance of International Doctors Foundation.
During the meeting with Tuba Nur SÖNMEZ, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kuwait, thanks were conveyed on behalf of the Alliance of International Doctors Foundations (AID) for their support. Some information was relayed on upcoming collaborative projects with Kuwaiti non-governmental groups.
During the meeting with the President of International Charitable Organization and Dr. Abdullah Matuk, the special representative of the United Nations Secretary-General, the details of the center, that prepared for the opening in Hatay and will provide primary health care services in an area of 258 square meters, and potential projects were discussed.
During the meeting with Dr. Majed Sulaiman ALAZMI, Zakat House Acting General Manager, the work of the "Orthotics-Prosthetics Center", which has been operating for 5 years with the support of Zakat House and has been serving nearly 4000 patients, was discussed. It was informed that the support for the project will continue and a new fund of 1 million dollars will be allocated.
During the meeting with Maha BERCEZ, the Secretary General of the Kuwait Red Crescent, thoughts were exchanged for the development of collaborative works, and the projects carried out by the Alliance of International Doctors Foundation (AID) around the world were explained in its details.
During the meeting with İbrahim ALTUVALİ, the President of the Kuwait Medical Association, ideas were shared on joint projects with the Alliance of International Doctors Foundations (AID) on the psychological support to be provided to people affected by the earthquake.

In the training program held at Bakırköy Mazhar Osman Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital on March 11 - 12, a total of 12 trainers made presentations.
 
Among the trainings given to the students were subjects such as Disaster Psychology, Basic Life Support and Practice in Children and Adults, National and International Organizations Providing Health Care in Disasters and EMT Structure, Crush Syndrome.
 
The program flow of the training, which ended with "Post-Test and Course Evaluation", covered two full days of sessions including program introduction and pre-test, national and international organizations providing health care in disasters and EMT structure, disaster psychology, crush syndrome, packing and transport techniques, travel health and volunteering, communication and application in disasters, basic life support and practice in children and adults, triage, individual disaster preparedness, clothing-nutrition and camping and application in nature, CBRN, and fire knowledge and application, delivered by trainers Murat Kadir Topcu, M. Fatih Akdemir, Tugba Koç, Beliz Yekeler Kahraman, Cihan Kabakcı, Hamza Enes Zorlu, Nadiye Çamcı, Mustafa Nurullah, Erkan Kaya, Mustafa Çalık, and İsmet Macit.

A team of 7 people, consisting of doctors and nurses providing primary health care services serves dozens of earthquake victims and carries out screening activities in the tent set up by the International Doctors Association on February 10 at Kırıkhan Sports Facilities.
 
Dr. Mehmet Coşkun, who working as a family doctor in Konya, told AA correspondent that he taked annal leave and volunteered as soon as he heard about the first earthquake.
 
Stated that they try to share and alleviate people's pain, Coşkun said that "We try to help as much as we can. We start the treatment around 08:00, but usually the end of the shift is not clear. No matter how much our citizens need after such an earthquake, we are trying to meet those needs, even if it is 00.00 at night."
 
Coşkun stated that they also received support from some pharmacist chambers for the supply of medicines.
 
Emphasizing that working in the earthquake zone is a different feeling, Coşkun continued his words as follows:
 
"People are extremely happy when we relieve a pain of both their child and themselves. They see us as one of their own. The other day, someone said, 'This state is mine, it is a state that can be kissed on the forehead' and he/she got up and kissed my forehead and left. So they are so happy with us. You will be the happiest person when you can heal him, even if it is a small pain. As a doctor, you both reach the peak of medicine and meet this need of that person."
 
Coşkun stated that they work alternately for one week and have treated more than 2,000 people so far.
 
"It's very interesting that People don't get tired here"
 
Working at the dialysis center from Istanbul, Dr. Ersoy Ertunç also stated that he wanted to be on the field since the first day, but his turn has just came.
 
Explaining that they are trying to provide primary health care services, Ertunç said that "We are looking after a sick child. To be with them. We would like to do more, but I hope the wounds will heal as soon as possible. For example, we looked at nearly 200 patients yesterday, until 23.00. The patient profile is the same, but we have come voluntarily and because we know their situation, we try harder to give whatever we can.
 
Muhammed Selman Güçlü, 3rd year student at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, stated that he came to the earthquake zone to help his teachers.
 
Stated that her son is receiving immune treatment Medicine Bahar Gezer said that "There are no words to describe my happiness right now. Because this medicine is very important for my child. My child meets his/her immunity with medication. I don't know how to thank the doctors because this medicine is a vital medicine. That was important for me."

We provide medical support to earthquake victims with the field hospitals that we established in Hatay Kırıkhan and Kahramanmaraş Expo Center. We provide primary health service to over 200 people with 20 volunteer doctors and nurses and as the Alliance of International Doctors (AID), we conduct health screening by reaching the villages and tents with our mobile team in Kahramanmaraş and Hatay.
 
We have been working on the crisis desk that we organized together with our association volunteers as soon as we learned about the earthquake. With our volunteers who first arrived in the zone, we were in charge of search and rescue efforts and first aid interventions in various regions.
 
We provided support with our doctors and health personnel to supply the needs of hospitalized wounded and their families. We guide the aid trucks that carry the essential needs such as food, drink, clothes, etc. prepared by our volunteers all over our country to the regions in need.

The Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) establishment process is being rapidly continues by the Alliance of International Doctors (AID), which started its projects in order to reach every individual in need of medical aid and support in Turkey and all over the World. Emergency Medical Technicians, established to provide medical support to countries and regions that call for help in cases such as national and international wars, natural disasters, and epidemics, form a significant part of global health power.
