The Alliance of International Doctors (AID) continues its mission to deliver critical medical supplies to Gaza, where ambulances are being targeted, healthcare workers are losing their lives, and hospitals are under attack. In coordination with the United Nations and the World Health Organization, we regularly send emergency medical supplies through the Rafah border crossing to support hospitals in need.

In October 2023, we initiated deliveries of emergency medical aid to Jaffa Hospital and Shifa Hospital in northern Gaza. However, due to the relentless bombings, these hospitals were forced out of service, halting our shipments. In 2024, we resumed our medical aid efforts, focusing on hospitals and healthcare centers in southern Gaza, particularly in the Rafah region.

During this time, we also established the Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan Health Center in partnership with IHH. This center now serves approximately 400 patients daily, offering essential free healthcare services, including child and women’s health, dental care, physical therapy, and orthopedics. It plays a crucial role in providing much-needed medical care to the people of Gaza.
